About Tiffany

Tiffany has been licensed in the real estate industry since 1999 and has gained extensive experience in various roles throughout her career. She has personally assisted over 360 families in buying, selling, or investing in real estate and has supported thousands of real estate transactions through agent coaching and training. Tiffany has held various leadership roles such as Designated Broker, Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Team Leader, Market Center Tech Trainer, Productivity Coach, and Business Coach, helping leaders, rainmakers and agents achieve their goals.

As a lifetime learner, Tiffany has held seven professional designations including the Accredited Buyer Representation, Certified Residential Specialist, The Social Media Marketing Institute Designation, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource and the Graduate, Real Estate Institute. Additionally, she has completed the Dale Carnegie Course, High Impact Presentations, Leadership Training for Managers, and Winning with Relationship Selling. Tiffany has built skills and conversations to support her coaching clients work through obstacles, grow in their skills and build a business that supports their goals.

Through her coaching programs, Tiffany helps her clients work through obstacles, build skills, and grow their businesses to achieve their personal and professional goals. She currently a production coach in 8 market centers, creator of 24 in 25 and offers one-on-one coaching through MAPS Coaching.

Tiffany is passionate about giving back to her community and has volunteered weekly in the kids’ ministry at her church. She has also served on various committees throughout the years, including her children’s school PTOs, Saco Economic Development Committee, Biddeford-Saco Buy Local Campaign, and Habitat for Humanity. Tiffany has served on the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity Committee and Maine Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
